Manage Members

How to Add, Remove, and Manage Team Members in Beesla

Managing members in Beesla lets you control who has access to your workspace, what they can do, and how your team collaborates on sourcing and review.

This page explains how to invite members, assign roles, and manage access as your team changes.

Inviting Team Members

Owners can invite new members from workspace settings.

To invite someone:

  • Enter their email address
  • Assign a role
  • Send the invitation

Once accepted, the member gains immediate access to shared workspace data.

Assigning Roles During Invite

Each invited member must be assigned a role.

Roles determine:

  • Whether the user can run searches
  • Whether they can consume tokens
  • Whether they can manage billing or team settings

Choose roles intentionally to prevent accidental token usage.

For role details, see Roles and Permissions.

Viewing Current Members

Workspace settings show:

  • All current members
  • Their assigned roles
  • Their access level

This makes it easy to audit who has access at any time.

Changing Roles

Owners can change roles as responsibilities evolve.

Role changes:

  • Take effect immediately
  • Do not affect existing data
  • Do not interrupt ongoing work

This is useful when hiring managers become more involved or recruiters rotate.

Removing Members

When a member leaves your team, Owners can remove them.

Removing a member:

  • Revokes access immediately
  • Does not delete shared data
  • Does not affect search history or CRM records

This keeps workspace data intact while maintaining security.

Managing Access at Scale

As teams grow, best practices include:

  • Limiting search permissions to recruiters
  • Inviting reviewers freely
  • Reviewing member lists periodically
  • Assigning a small number of Owners

Clear access management keeps usage predictable.

Security and Accountability

Because access is role-based and logged:

  • You know who can run searches
  • You can control who consumes tokens
  • Team actions are visible

This helps prevent misuse and confusion.

Common Questions

Can I invite unlimited members?

Yes. Beesla does not charge per seat.

Does removing a member delete their work?

No. All work remains in the workspace.

Can roles be customized?

Roles are fixed to keep behavior predictable.
