Frequently Asked Questions About Beesla
This page answers common questions about how Beesla works, how tokens are used, and how teams typically use the product. If you’re looking for a quick clarification, this is the best place to start.
How does Beesla charge for usage?
Beesla uses tokens to charge for retrieving new data.
- Each candidate returned by a search costs 2 tokens
- Each company detail request costs 1 token
- Reviewing and collaborating on saved data is free
Tokens are only used when new data is retrieved.
Do searches cost tokens?
Yes. Searches cost tokens based on the number of results returned.
If a search returns 20 candidates, it consumes 40 tokens. Viewing or reviewing those results does not cost extra.
Do saved profiles expire?
No. Saved profiles remain in your CRM until removed.
You can revisit saved profiles at any time without additional cost.
Can multiple people review the same candidates?
Yes. All data in a workspace is shared.
Team members can review the same candidates, leave notes, and collaborate without consuming tokens.
Does Beesla replace my ATS?
No. Beesla is not an ATS.
Beesla is designed for sourcing and early evaluation. Most teams move selected candidates into their existing ATS for interviews and offers.
Can I control who uses tokens?
Yes. Token usage is controlled through roles.
Only users with permission to run searches or request company details can consume tokens.
What happens if I rerun the same search?
Rerunning a search retrieves new results and consumes tokens again based on the number of results returned.
Review Run History before rerunning searches to avoid unnecessary usage.
Are tokens shared across my team?
Yes. Tokens are shared across the entire workspace.
There are no per-user token limits unless you enforce them through roles.
Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens do not expire.
Unused tokens remain available until used.
Is my data shared with other customers?
No. Workspace data is isolated.
Beesla does not share customer data across organizations.
What if something looks wrong with my usage?
If usage looks incorrect:
- Check Run History
- Confirm how many results were returned
- Review who has permission to run searches
