Our terms and conditions

Terms at a Glance

  • Eligibility: 18+ and authorized to bind your organization.
  • Account & org: keep info accurate; you’re responsible for your org, members, and access.
  • Publishing: post real roles; unpublish/archive when closed or paused; we may show freshness indicators.
  • Prohibited: ghost/deceptive listings, unlawful use, scraping, probing, disrupting the Service.
  • Content & IP: you own your content; you grant us a license to host/display it to run the Service.
  • Security & privacy: HMAC‑signed internal calls; see Privacy Policy.
  • Fees: paid features may apply; charges generally non‑refundable unless required by law.
  • Availability/No guarantees: we don’t guarantee candidates, outcomes, or uninterrupted uptime.
  • Liability cap: up to $100 or amounts paid in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
  • Termination: we may suspend/terminate for violations or risk; some provisions survive.
  • Governing law: Florida; courts in Hillsborough County (unless otherwise required).

0. Definitions

  • Service: Beesla Employers web application, APIs, and related features.
  • We/Us: Beesla, Inc.
  • You: the organization and users accessing the Service.
  • Content: jobs, text, images, data, or other materials you submit or publish.

1. Accounts & Organizations

  • Provide accurate account and organization information.
  • You are responsible for content you publish and your account’s security.
  • Comply with applicable laws and these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent use.
  • No attempts to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the Service.
  • No posting of ghost, deceptive, or materially inaccurate job listings.
  • No content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

3. Publishing & Freshness

  • Only publish roles you reasonably intend to fill. Remove or archive roles that are closed or paused.
  • We may surface freshness or credibility indicators to seekers (e.g., published/updated dates).
  • We may unpublish or limit distribution of listings that appear stale, deceptive, or violate these terms.

4. Content & IP

We own the platform and its software. You retain rights to Content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, display, process, and transmit your Content as needed to operate the Service and provide public job pages.

You represent that you have rights to the Content you submit and that posting jobs complies with your policies and applicable laws.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, risk, or to protect security/operations. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, we may retain limited records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee candidate outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid to use the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Security & Privacy

We implement reasonable security measures and role‑based access controls. Internal integrations use HMAC‑signed requests. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Fees & Billing (if applicable)

  • Paid features or subscriptions may be offered; pricing will be disclosed at purchase.
  • Charges are generally non‑refundable unless required by law.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Third‑Party Services

We rely on service providers (e.g., hosting, email, analytics). Your use of third‑party services may be subject to their terms.

10. Beta Features & Feedback

  • Beta or experimental features may be offered “as is” and may change or end without notice.
  • If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use it to improve the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes where required. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law rules. Courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
