How Candidate Profiles Are Stored and Reused in Beesla
Saved Profiles are candidate records that Beesla automatically adds to your CRM when search results are returned. They allow you to review, compare, and collaborate on candidates without re-running searches or paying additional costs.
This page explains how saved profiles work and how to use them effectively.
What a Saved Profile Is
A saved profile is a candidate record created when Beesla returns a search result.
Each saved profile includes:
- Candidate summary and evaluation
- Relevance score for the role
- Associated company information (when available)
- Search history and context
Profiles are saved automatically. No manual action is required.
When Profiles Are Saved
Profiles are saved when:
- A candidate is returned as a search result
Profiles are not removed automatically and remain available for future review.
Saving profiles does not consume tokens.
Reviewing Saved Profiles
Once a profile is saved, you can:
- Open it at any time
- Review evaluation details
- Compare it to other candidates
- Share it with teammates
Reopening saved profiles is always free.
Profiles Across Multiple Searches
A candidate may appear in more than one search.
When this happens:
- Beesla recognizes the candidate
- The CRM maintains a single profile
- Search history is preserved
This lets you see how the same candidate ranked across different roles or searches.
Using Saved Profiles to Reduce Costs
Saved profiles help reduce unnecessary token usage.
Before running a new search:
- Check whether strong candidates already exist in your CRM
- Review past search results
- Reuse saved profiles for internal discussion
This avoids re-running searches for candidates you already have.
Collaboration on Saved Profiles
Saved profiles are shared across your workspace.
Team members can:
- Review the same candidate
- Add notes or feedback
- Align on next steps
Collaboration does not consume tokens.
Common Misconceptions
“Saved profiles expire.”
They do not. Profiles remain until removed.
“Reviewing saved profiles costs tokens.”
It does not.
“Saved profiles replace my ATS.”
They do not. Saved profiles support sourcing and review, not full hiring workflows.
