Plans

Plans control features and access, not token behavior.

Beesla Pricing Plans Explained

Beesla plans control how your team uses the product, while tokens control how much sourcing and enrichment you run. Understanding this distinction makes pricing predictable and avoids confusion as your team grows.

This page explains what plans do, how they differ, and how to choose the right one.

What Plans Control

A Beesla plan determines:

  • Who the product is for (internal hiring vs recruiting for clients)
  • Team structure and permissions
  • Feature access
  • Workspace scope

Plans do not change how tokens work.

Token usage is consistent across all plans.

What Plans Do Not Control

Plans do not affect:

  • Token costs per action
  • How searches work
  • CRM access
  • Collaboration
  • How long data is stored

Those behaviors are the same regardless of plan.

Plan Types at a High Level

Free

Designed for:

  • Evaluating Beesla
  • Very occasional hiring
  • Solo users or small teams

You can run searches using purchased tokens and explore the core workflow.

Pro

Designed for:

  • Internal hiring teams
  • Growing companies
  • Ongoing but moderate sourcing needs

Pro adds team collaboration features and higher usage flexibility.

Recruiter

Designed for:

  • Recruiters sourcing for multiple roles
  • Teams running searches regularly
  • Client-facing recruiting workflows

This plan supports higher volume and more complex team setups.

Agency

Designed for:

  • Agencies managing multiple clients
  • High-volume sourcing
  • Custom workflows and governance

Agency plans are sales-assisted and tailored to multi-client usage.

Plans and Tokens Together

Think of it this way:

  • Plan = who can do what
  • Tokens = how much work Beesla performs

Most teams:

  • Choose a plan based on their hiring model
  • Buy token bundles based on hiring volume

This separation keeps pricing flexible as your needs change.

Upgrading or Changing Plans

You can upgrade plans as your usage grows.

Teams typically move up when:

  • They add more collaborators
  • They source for more roles simultaneously
  • They move from internal hiring to recruiting for others

Changing plans does not affect your existing data or tokens.

Choosing the Right Plan

If you’re unsure:

  • Internal hiring only → Pro
  • Recruiting for clients → Recruiter
  • Managing many clients → Agency

If you’re just exploring, start with Free and add tokens as needed.
